Privacy Policy

Overview

Brewery Tycoon does not require an account. We do not directly collect names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, or payment-card information.

Game progress and settings are stored locally on the player’s device. We do not operate a cloud-save service or collect that game-progress data on our own servers.

Advertising

Brewery Tycoon offers optional rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob.

Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information needed to deliver, measure, secure, and improve ads. This may include IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions such as ad views, crash logs, and performance or diagnostic data.

Where required, the game presents advertising-consent choices. Players can revisit available choices from the game menu under Ad Privacy Choices, or adjust relevant privacy settings on their device.

In-App Purchases

Brewery Tycoon offers a one-time purchase that lets players claim rewarded bonuses without watching ads.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The game checks Apple’s purchase entitlement to provide this feature, but does not receive or store payment-card information.

If you contact us by email for support, bug reports, feedback, or privacy questions, we receive the information you choose to include, including your email address. We use it only to respond to your request.

Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains on the player’s device until the player deletes the app or clears its app data.

Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain support records, or meet legal obligations. To request deletion of a support email or related correspondence, contact us at dmh_agentai@gmail.com.

Google and Apple handle data they collect under their own privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

Brewery Tycoon does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
